RESPONSIBILITIES Partner with BIZ to develop expansion as integral part of the regions strategic plan: - Develop fact-based approach for rollout plans.
- Design performance targets for site selection.
- Based on Biz needs develop growth and capability plan (pipeline 3 year).
- What type of retail needed ( concept stores).
- Obtain market Re agencies to manage/supporting the transaction process.
Manage the lease negotiation process: - Coordinate with RE agencies to build solid fact base.
- Detailed property assessment.
- Technical requirements/ due diligence.
- Benchmark comparables for site assessment.
- Leasehold considerations.
- Outline lessor/lessee demarcations.
- Develop financial model for site decision.
Based on biz inputs & external perspective develop solid pro-forma store performance: - Target setting based on external benchmarks.
- Build marketplace reality (rent, wages) and biz reviews of existing stores into AR’s.
- Coordination of AR process.
Requirements: Retail experience essential ideally with international brand. Pan European Experience 5-6 years in similar senior role Degree in real estate or similar You will not manage a team but be able to work with matrix environment Excellent Communication Skills Role is approved as of June 1st 2010
