As our Director of Nike Factory Stores, you'll effectively lead and manage a region of 45 stores within Northern Europe, Benelux and UK/Ireland.   The role is based in our European HQ (Hilversum, NL) and reports directly to the GM of Factory Stores Europe.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops an overall operational strategy for the store fleet.
• You'll establish and monitor performance metrics and KPI's related to Sales, Revenue, Wages, SG&A, PTNI, Shrink, Margin, Budget, etc.
• Creates operational policies and procedures to be implemented and executed by entire field management team.
• Creates the operational business plan to maximize productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction levels throughout all stores.
• Manages and develops direct reports and their teams.
• Assists with long-range concept/retail business planning and strategy.
• Ensures successful implementation of staff policies or programs.
• Lead assessment and development of retail field talent.
• Responsible for communication and delivery of rewards and recognition for Regional Managers.
• Lead, motivate, energize and direct the territory retail teams.

REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years' retail management experience with at least 3 years' in a senior-level position within retail
• 5+ years experience in multi-store management
• Extensive experience and the ability to excel in delivering a high level of customer service in a brand image retailer
• Retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales and people management experience required
• Demonstrate the ability to build, lead and manage high-performing teams
• Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time
