Main responsibilities Maintenance Strategy Work with procurement to set up regional contracts for: Technical installations (repair & maintenance) and Services (cleaning, security, utilities, music) Issue guidelines for: Cleaning & maintenance (preventive & scheduled) Store Services Manage regional maintenance & service contracts, with a uniform approach enabling all stores efficient access to: • Quality maintenance & repair services • Competitive pre-defined rates • Coordinate and approve the replacement of equipment Projects: Optimize services Benchmark our services with others in the industry •Issue recommendations to improve performance and life span cost of systems (e.g. re-lamping, energy use, etc.) •Coordinate and approve the replacement of equipment •Manage small refit projects Supplier management: Manage our preferred suppliers with procurement by • conducting quarterly KPI review meetings • working to improve service levels Experience: - Facilities Management within a strong retail brand essential – min 5-7 years experience - Retail passion and affinity with the Nike brand - International experience preferable - Coaching teams and developing leaders - Fluent English - Work within matrix structure or virtual teams - Managed multi sites/stores
