MISSION

Work within an overall team of Creative Directors, Designers, Project Managers, Producers and Marketing counterparts to create concepts, designs through to production, on a variety of projects, ranging from retail to events. This includes graphic design, 3d design, environmental design, film and video.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops innovative and creative design solutions against the defined strategy to support and integrate market initiatives and brand messages.  Provides appropriate presentation documents and works responsibly within project timeframes and budget parameters.
• Team and individual ideation and concept development. Working with the senior designer/ design director to execute against communication strategy and assist in communication of design projects. 
• Influences the design and development process. Interacts with appropriate resources to plan and monitor the process in order to meet specified needs and resolve identified issues.
• Maintains knowledge of current design and consumer trends, color, practices and materials relevant to the design discipline.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in appropriate design discipline and minimum  of 3-4 years related design experience. An additional 3 years of experience may be substituted for degree requirements. 3 or more years of professional experience. Agency experience is valued, as well as experience in retail or environmental design is preferred. A love of all aspects of design is a requirement, and so is a sense of humor.
