Reporting through to the Assistant Manager/Assistant Head Coach, this new role will create an environment to provide a premium consumer experience, front delivery of the premium employee experience, implementing regional and global program/processes in order to drive business results.

Key responsibilities:
Supervisory role that is responsible for overseeing all daily activities in a specific area of the store including selling and service mgt, selecting and developing associates, merchandising, time management and business management. Executes and maintains visual merchandising and selling floor standards. Communicates promotional event information to maximise results of each event. Identifies merchandise issues and opportunities based on selling and customer feedback. Supervises, trains, and develops all associates within designated area
The successful candidate will be a passionate and experienced retail professional who is looking to develop their retail skills to the next level. You will have relevant retail supervisory experience in which you can demonstrate your ability to deliver consistently high standards. In addition candidates should be proactive and confident in their ability to solve issues as they arise. Strong interpersonal skills and IT skills are also essential to this role.
