MISSION
The Golf Reporting analyst is the reporting expert in the Golf Customer Service and Operations team in EMEA. The analyst enables data and information access to the Nike Golf team that will provide a competitive advantage through cross-functional alignment, data accuracy, and reliable information.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting & Analysis
- Supply timely, relevant and reliable reports to CS, Sales, Finance and Operations to support solid business decisions. (incl. Scorecards, Order Book reports and Telephony reports)
- Analyze the Golf business using the above mentioned reports in order to provide recommendations on Actions and to identify Process Improvement opportunities.
- Supply & process reports needed to execute Nike policies and procedures. (incl. end of season cancellations, contract status, auto-cancellation, cancel-date management)
- Be an active player in the goal setting and goal tracking process. Define & provide required information to give full visibility on shipping performance.
- Develop and maintain a current "report overview" that outlines all active reporting and the purpose/user(s) of these reports.
- Execute ad-hoc reporting requests, providing data in an easy to read/ reference format with deep dive possibilities & high level analysis.
- Develop and document clear reporting procedures so your core accountabilities can be handed over during absences and business proceeds as normal.
- Be the subject matter expert in DIFOT. Run regular reports, analyze and communicate outcome and make recommendations to stakeholders. Represent Golf in the Global DIFOT project roll out
- Be the Subject Matter Expert in Reporting tools. (incl. SAP, Brio, BW, DOPs).
Training
- As part of effective roll-out of new or improved reporting solutions, prepare training material about the reporting procedures.
- Coach Golf team members including trainers on how to effectively use and read reports generated by the various tools; proactively identify these information and coaching needs to prevent misinterpretation of information.
Project participation & process improvement
- Analyze and evaluate the current Golf business reporting strategy to ensure that our reporting tools are and continue to be user-friendly, intuitive, and accurate.
- Develop or refine action-ready performance reports for both CS & Sales
- Focus on automation of all recurring reports by setting-up weekly/monthly batch-runs that provide user-friendly output.
- Identify alignment opportunities by proactively engaging yourself and your organization in projects either at a Country or EMEA level or within your own team.
- Develop, build and maintain relations ships with the Golf and in-line organization in EMEA and on a global level.
- Continuously look for ways to improve & optimize the Golf Supply Chain processes and flag them to the Process Manager.
- Positively contribute to achieve Process Improvement efficiencies by finding opportunities to eliminate Non-Value-Add activities.
- Provide expertise & input on Process Improvement initiatives and drive these initiatives where applicable.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: 4-year/University Degree.
Experience: 3 years relevant working experience in a customer service environment.
Technical: Proven experience working to deadlines.Knowledge of Nike, Customer Service, Logistics (Nike Supply Chain), Sales business operations is preferred and a willingness to learn is essential. Analytical skills, capacity to make sound business decisions.
Communciation/Languages: Proven ability to communicate effectively, strong language skills (english and at least one other european language).
